I'm a flyin talkin donkey!

So I figured I'd do a blog post, since a lot has happened since my last one, whenever that was. One thing worth mentioning is the fact that, since I said that no one posts anything on their blogs anymore, both Jaclyn and Hannah updated their blogs. I'm proud of yal...

I like music. A lot. I like really chill music, especially. Like, acoustic guitar, and stuff like that. Piano, strings, light drumming. But that's just what I'm into right now. I'll probably like something else a year or two from now. And don't get me wrong, I like all kinds of music. I just prefer the chiller stuff right now. But tastes change. Kinda like with how you hate carrots as a kid, but then you like them later. I like spinach pizza, too.

March to the Brazos was Saturday. It's pretty much a bunch of fun and torture put together. If that doesn't make sense, just think about what it would be like to walk 9 miles with some really good friends, stop and get smoked to earn cool things, eat lunch, then walk the whole 9 miles back again. And it was really hot and sunny, too. But anyways, that's how I lost my toenail. It hurt a lot on the march, but it's fine now.

After we got back to the dorms from the march, we dropped with our sophomores, cuz they had junior rights. This means that we're friends with them now, and they can have fun with us whenever they want. They still smoke us, though. Yeah, it doesn't make sense to me, either.

If you've never had one of those molten cakes from Chili's, you need to get one ASAP. They're so good...

I went with Hannah and Jaclyn to see Shaun Groves this morning in Bryan. He's a pretty funny guy. He's also sort of an Aggie. I say "sort of" because he always wanted to go to A&M (and be in the Corps!), but they didn't have a good music program back then (still don't), so he went to Baylor instead. Anyways, he's a funny guy, and I really enjoyed listening to him sing and speak (not at the same time... that would be pretty cool, though...). I wanted to sponsor a little kid through the program he was telling us about, but I'm not sure if my family would be down for it. I'm definitely talking to them about it, though. We have plenty enough to give just a little bit for one kid, every month. It would be nice to know we're actually helping make a difference in a whole other part of the world.

Ok, well, it's late, and I don't really have anything important left to say. Only two more days! Two more training times! Even if they smoke us retarded (which is likely), they can only do it twice!! I'm so excited! Dead week is gonna be so much fun.

Goodnight!
